Psalm 16:6
The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage. (Psalm 16:6)
Goodly heritage.
 The “inheritance” of v. 5. This realization causes the psalmist to break out into the thanksgiving of the following verses.
Lines.
Heb. chabalim, “lengths of rope for measuring and allotting a field.” Since God had chosen the psalmist’s portion, it was the choicest.
