And the man went into the land of the Hittites, and built a city, and called the name thereof Luz: which is the name thereof unto this day. (Judges 1:26)
Nothing is known of the city that this man founded. Perhaps to quiet his conscience for his deed of betrayal, he went into a far country and built a city that he renamed after the one he had betrayed.
