But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me: (John 15:26)
Again in ch. 16:7 Jesus is presented as the one who sends the Spirit, whereas in ch. 14:26; cf. v. 16, the Father sends the Spirit. There is no contradiction here.
The Father and Son work in unison (see on ch. 10:30).
