88. It was my pleasure to retrace the history of Adventist Christology in the setting of Consultation IV of the Ellen G. White Estate, at Washington in January 1987. It is obvious that some in the distinguished audience were not aware of the teaching of the pioneers. One of them remarked at the close of the presentation:”If this is so, we must change our position on this issue.”
