Ruth 4:14
And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be the Lord, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel. (Ruth 4:14)
His name.
That is, the son’s name.
A kinsman.
 Or, a “redeemer” (see on ch. 2:20).
The women.
 Apparently a group of close friends present at the ceremony of circumcision, when the child would be given its name (see Luke 1:58, 59).
