Psalm 10:11
He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: he hideth his face; he will never see it. (Psalm 10:11)
He hath said.
 The wicked man acts as if God takes no notice of him (see on v. 4). The recognition that God sees should be one of man’s strongest guards against evil. Verses 1-11 do not follow with regularity the acrostic pattern begun in Ps. 9. Verses 12-18 pick up the last four letters of the alphabet.
