Judges 3:21
And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly: (Judges 3:21)
His left hand.
The natural circumstance of being left-handed helped prevent the king from getting suspicious as he reached under his robe to remove the dagger. The mighty thrust pierced the monarch’s abdomen with such force that the whole dagger disappeared from view. The king’s extreme obesity, probably due to lasciviousness and luxury, rendered him incapable of defending himself.
