2 Chronicles 2:8
Send me also cedar trees, fir trees, and algum trees, out of Lebanon: for I know that thy servants can skill to cut timber in Lebanon; and, behold, my servants shall be with thy servants, (2 Chronicles 2:8)
Timber.

Algum.
 Spelled “almug” in 1 Kings 10:11, 12. These trees were brought by the ships of Hiram from Ophir and were used for making pillars for the Temple and the palace, also for manufacturing musical instruments (1 Kings 10:11, 12). This tree cannot now be positively identified, but it may have been sandalwood or a kind of juniper.
