Julle het die priesters, die seuns van Aharon en die Leviete uitgegooi en vir julleself priesters gemaak uit die volke van die lande. Wie ook al kom om ’n offer te bring, van hom vat julle ’n jong bul en sewe ramme en hy word ’n priester van wat nie gode is nie, (II KRONIEKE 13:9)

A nuk keni dëbuar vallë priftërinjtë e Zotit, bij të Aaronit, dhe Levitët dhe nuk jeni bërë priftërinj si popujt e vendeve të tjera? Kështu kushdo që vjen me një dem të vogël dhe me shtatë desh për t'u shenjtëruar, mund të bëhet prift i atyre që nuk janë perëndi. (2 i Kronikave 13:9)

Otjerali ste Jahvine svećenike, Aronove sinove i levite, i postavili sebi svećenike kao drugi zemaljski narodi. Tko je god došao s juncem i sa sedam ovnova, postao je svećenik vašim ništavim bogovima. (2 Ljetopisa 13:9)

Zdaliž jste nezavrhli kněží Hospodinových, synů Aronových a Levítů, a nadělali jste sobě kněží, tak jako národové jiných zemí? Kdožkoli přichází, aby posvěceny byly ruce jeho volčetem mladým a sedmi skopci, hned je knězem těch, jenž nejsou bohové. (2 Letopisů 13:9)
