Psalm 26

1 Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. 9 I
2 Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart. 26 I
3 For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth. 7 I
4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. 3 I
5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
6 I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O Lord: 2 I
7 That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works. 4 I
8 Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth. 37 I
9 Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men: 2 I
10 In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.
11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me. 6 I
12 My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the Lord. 2 I

Genesis 25

1 Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah. 10 I
2 And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. 10 I
3 And Jokshan begat Sheba, and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, and Letushim, and Leummim. 10 I
4 And the sons of Midian; Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abidah, and Eldaah. All these were the children of Keturah. 10 I
5 And Abraham gave all that he had unto Isaac. 10 I
6 But unto the sons of the concubines, which Abraham had, Abraham gave gifts, and sent them away from Isaac his son, while he yet lived, eastward, unto the east country. 10 I
7 And these are the days of the years of Abraham’s life which he lived, an hundred threescore and fifteen years. 10 I
8 Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people. 10 I
9 And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is before Mamre; 10 I
10 The field which Abraham purchased of the sons of Heth: there was Abraham buried, and Sarah his wife. 10 I
11 And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac; and Isaac dwelt by the well Lahairoi. 12 I
12 Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham’s son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah’s handmaid, bare unto Abraham: 10 I
13 And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, according to their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam, 10 I
14 And Mishma, and Dumah, and Massa, 10 I
15 Hadar, and Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah: 10 I
16 These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations. 10 I
17 And these are the years of the life of Ishmael, an hundred and thirty and seven years: and he gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto his people. 10 I
18 And they dwelt from Havilah unto Shur, that is before Egypt, as thou goest toward Assyria: and he died in the presence of all his brethren. 10 I

1 Chronicles 29

22 And did eat and drink before the Lord on that day with great gladness. And they made Solomon the son of David king the second time, and anointed him unto the Lord to be the chief governor, and Zadok to be priest.
23 Then Solomon sat on the throne of the Lord as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.
24 And all the princes, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king.
25 And the Lord magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel. 2 I
26 Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel.
27 And the time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
28 And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honour: and Solomon his son reigned in his stead. 2 I
29 Now the acts of David the king, first and last, behold, they are written in the book of Samuel the seer, and in the book of Nathan the prophet, and in the book of Gad the seer,
30 With all his reign and his might, and the times that went over him, and over Israel, and over all the kingdoms of the countries.

Luke 18

1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 7 I
2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
6 And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.
7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 7 I
8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? 11 I
9 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:
10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. 10 I
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. 5 I
15 And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them.
16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 4 I
17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein. 9 I
18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 3 I
19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 6 I
20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother.
21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up.
22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. 5 I
23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
24 And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
25 For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. 6 I
26 And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved? 2 I
27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God. 14 I
28 Then Peter said, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee.
29 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or parents, or brethren, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake, 7 I
30 Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. 7 I
