Romans 4:1~11
Romans 4:1 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? MC VC
Romans 4:2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. 4 I MC VC
Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 7 I MC VC
Romans 4:4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 7 I MC VC
Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. 7 I MC VC
Romans 4:6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, MC VC
Romans 4:7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. 12 I MC VC
Romans 4:8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 8 I MC VC
Romans 4:9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. MC VC
Romans 4:10 How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. MC VC
Romans 4:11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: 3 I MC VC
Galatians 3:6~9
Galatians 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7 I MC VC
Galatians 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 7 I MC VC
Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 5 I MC VC
Galatians 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. 9 I MC VC
James 2:21~23
James 2:21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 7 I MC VC
James 2:22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 19 I MC VC
James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 3 I MC VC
