Psalm 119

89 For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven. 13 I
90 Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.
91 They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants. 9 I
92 Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction. 10 I
93 I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me. 7 I
94 I am thine, save me: for I have sought thy precepts. 12 I
95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.
96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad. 13 I
97 O how love I thy law! it is my meditation all the day. 29 I
98 Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. 5 I
99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts. 2 I
101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word. 4 I
102 I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me. 4 I
103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! 14 I
104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. 6 I
105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. 33 I
106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments. 2 I
107 I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O Lord, according unto thy word. 10 I
108 Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O Lord, and teach me thy judgments.
109 My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law. 2 I
110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.
111 Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart. 2 I
112 I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end. 13 I
113 I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love. 6 I
114 Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word. 17 I
115 Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God. 3 I
116 Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope. 2 I
117 Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually. 6 I
118 Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.
119 Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.
121 I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.
122 Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
123 Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
124 Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes. 10 I
125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies. 10 I
126 It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have made void thy law. 21 I
127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold. 32 I
128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way. 2 I
129 Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them. 11 I
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. 18 I
131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments. 5 I
132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name. 2 I
133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. 21 I
134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes. 2 I
136 Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law. 24 I
137 Righteous art thou, O Lord, and upright are thy judgments. 6 I
138 Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful. 4 I
139 My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.
140 Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. 20 I
141 I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.
142 Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth. 10 I
143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights. 6 I
144 The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live. 2 I
145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will keep thy statutes. 4 I
146 I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies. 2 I
147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word. 4 I
148 Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. 6 I
149 Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O Lord, quicken me according to thy judgment.
150 They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.
151 Thou art near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are truth. 5 I
152 Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
153 Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law. 4 I
154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.
155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes. 2 I
156 Great are thy tender mercies, O Lord: quicken me according to thy judgments.
157 Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies. 4 I
158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word. 5 I
159 Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O Lord, according to thy lovingkindness.
160 Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. 9 I
161 Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word. 6 I
162 I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.
163 I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love. 10 I
164 Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments. 6 I
165 Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them. 31 I
166 Lord, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments. 7 I
167 My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly. 7 I
168 I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.
169 Let my cry come near before thee, O Lord: give me understanding according to thy word. 15 I
170 Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word. 12 I
171 My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes. 8 I
172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness. 6 I
173 Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts. 15 I
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O Lord; and thy law is my delight. 9 I
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me. 3 I
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments. 14 I

Leviticus 26

1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the Lord your God. 12 I
2 Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord. 34 I
3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; 12 I
4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. 12 I
5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. 10 I
6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. 10 I
7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. 10 I
8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. 10 I
9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. 14 I
10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. 10 I
11 And I set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. 10 I
12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. 12 I
13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. 11 I
14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; 10 I
15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: 10 I
16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 10 I
17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. 10 I
18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. 10 I
19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 10 I
20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. 10 I
21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins. 10 I
22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate. 10 I
23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me; 10 I
24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins. 10 I
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy. 10 I
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied. 10 I
27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 10 I
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 10 I
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. 10 I
30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. 10 I
31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours. 10 I
32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it. 10 I
33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. 10 I
34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths. 10 I
35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it. 10 I
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. 10 I
37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies. 10 I
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up. 10 I
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them. 10 I
40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; 10 I
41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: 10 I
42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. 10 I
43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. 10 I
44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the Lord their God. 10 I
45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the Lord. 12 I
46 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the Lord made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses. 10 I

Isaiah 35

1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.
2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God.
3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you. 6 I
5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. 4 I
6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert. 8 I
7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. 4 I
9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there: 4 I
10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away. 9 I

Ephesians 4

17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, 5 I
18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: 5 I
19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. 7 I
20 But ye have not so learned Christ; 7 I
21 If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: 5 I
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 21 I
23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 27 I
24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. 33 I
25 Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. 12 I
26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: 17 I
27 Neither give place to the devil. 22 I
28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. 5 I
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. 12 I
30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. 34 I
31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 13 I
32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you. 30 I
