Psalm 118

1 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever. 10 I
2 Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.
3 Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.
4 Let them now that fear the Lord say, that his mercy endureth for ever. 4 I
5 I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.
6 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? 15 I
7 The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
8 It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man. 20 I
9 It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes. 16 I
10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord will I destroy them. 4 I
11 They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.
12 They compassed me about like bees: they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.
13 Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the Lord helped me.
14 The Lord is my strength and song, and is become my salvation. 18 I
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly. 8 I
16 The right hand of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly. 2 I
17 I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. 4 I
18 The Lord hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord: 8 I
20 This gate of the Lord, into which the righteous shall enter. 4 I
21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation. 27 I
22 The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner. 4 I
23 This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. 4 I
24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. 3 I
25 Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity. 10 I
26 Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord: we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. 2 I
27 God is the Lord, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.
28 Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee. 30 I
29 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. 13 I

Leviticus 24

1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 10 I
2 Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamps to burn continually. 10 I
3 Without the vail of the testimony, in the tabernacle of the congregation, shall Aaron order it from the evening unto the morning before the Lord continually: it shall be a statute for ever in your generations. 12 I
4 He shall order the lamps upon the pure candlestick before the Lord continually. 10 I
5 And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth deals shall be in one cake. 10 I
6 And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the Lord. 10 I
7 And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the bread for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the Lord. 10 I
8 Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the Lord continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant. 12 I
9 And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons’; and they shall eat it in the holy place: for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the Lord made by fire by a perpetual statute. 10 I
10 And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp; 10 I
11 And the Israelitish woman’s son blasphemed the name of the Lord, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:) 10 I
12 And they put him in ward, that the mind of the Lord might be shewed them. 10 I
13 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 10 I
14 Bring forth him that hath cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him. 10 I
15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin. 10 I
16 And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death. 10 I
17 And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death. 10 I
18 And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast. 10 I
19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him; 10 I
20 Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again. 10 I
21 And he that killeth a beast, he shall restore it: and he that killeth a man, he shall be put to death. 10 I
22 Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the Lord your God. 10 I
23 And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses. 10 I

Isaiah 30

18 And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. 7 I
19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee. 2 I
20 And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:
21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. 15 I
22 Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth; thou shalt say unto it, Get thee hence.
23 Then shall he give the rain of thy seed, that thou shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures. 4 I
24 The oxen likewise and the young asses that ear the ground shall eat clean provender, which hath been winnowed with the shovel and with the fan.
25 And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.
26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the Lord bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. 6 I
27 Behold, the name of the Lord cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire:
28 And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.
29 Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of the Lord, to the mighty One of Israel. 2 I
30 And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.
31 For through the voice of the Lord shall the Assyrian be beaten down, which smote with a rod.
32 And in every place where the grounded staff shall pass, which the Lord shall lay upon him, it shall be with tabrets and harps: and in battles of shaking will he fight with it.
33 For Tophet is ordained of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he hath made it deep and large: the pile thereof is fire and much wood; the breath of the Lord, like a stream of brimstone, doth kindle it.

Isaiah 31

1 Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord!
2 Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words: but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of them that work iniquity.
3 Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together. 6 I
4 For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
5 As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it. 4 I
6 Turn ye unto him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted. 6 I
7 For in that day every man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin. 6 I
8 Then shall the Assyrian fall with the sword, not of a mighty man; and the sword, not of a mean man, shall devour him: but he shall flee from the sword, and his young men shall be discomfited.
9 And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.

Isaiah 32

20 Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment. 2 I
2 And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
3 And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
4 The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
5 The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
6 For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the Lord, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail. 2 I
7 The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
8 But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.
9 Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.
10 Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.
11 Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.
12 They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.
13 Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:
14 Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
15 Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
16 Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. 12 I
18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places; 4 I
19 When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.

Ephesians 3

1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 4 I
3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 I
4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 4 I
5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel: 5 I
7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. 17 I
8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; 10 I
9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 12 I
10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, 5 I
11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: 5 I
12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him. 17 I
13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. 5 I
14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5 I
15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 7 I
16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 20 I
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 13 I
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 9 I
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. 9 I
20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 13 I
21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. 9 I
