Psalm 116

1 I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voice and my supplications. 23 I
2 Because he hath inclined his ear unto me, therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. 19 I
3 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the pains of hell gat hold upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. 2 I
4 Then called I upon the name of the Lord; O Lord, I beseech thee, deliver my soul. 8 I
5 Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful. 13 I
6 The Lord preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me. 8 I
7 Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee. 4 I
8 For thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. 13 I
9 I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living. 2 I
10 I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:
11 I said in my haste, All men are liars.
12 What shall I render unto the Lord for all his benefits toward me? 54 I
13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord. 33 I
14 I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people. 25 I
15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. 8 I
16 O Lord, truly I am thy servant; I am thy servant, and the son of thine handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds. 5 I
17 I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the Lord. 2 I
18 I will pay my vows unto the Lord now in the presence of all his people. 4 I
19 In the courts of the Lord’s house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.

Leviticus 22

17 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 10 I
18 Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, Whatsoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his freewill offerings, which they will offer unto the Lord for a burnt offering; 10 I
19 Ye shall offer at your own will a male without blemish, of the beeves, of the sheep, or of the goats. 10 I
20 But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you. 10 I
21 And whosoever offereth a sacrifice of peace offerings unto the Lord to accomplish his vow, or a freewill offering in beeves or sheep, it shall be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no blemish therein. 10 I
22 Blind, or broken, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto the Lord, nor make an offering by fire of them upon the altar unto the Lord. 10 I
23 Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted. 10 I
24 Ye shall not offer unto the Lord that which is bruised, or crushed, or broken, or cut; neither shall ye make any offering thereof in your land. 10 I
25 Neither from a stranger’s hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you. 10 I
26 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 10 I
27 When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto the Lord. 10 I
28 And whether it be cow, or ewe, ye shall not kill it and her young both in one day. 10 I
29 And when ye will offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving unto the Lord, offer it at your own will. 12 I
30 On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I am the Lord. 10 I
31 Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord. 16 I
32 Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the Lord which hallow you, 14 I
33 That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord. 14 I

Isaiah 28

1 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!
2 Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.
3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:
4 And the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up.
5 In that day shall the Lord of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, 10 I
6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate. 4 I
7 But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.
9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.
10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.
12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
13 But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. 9 I
14 Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem.
15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. 5 I
17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. 1 I
18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report.
20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.
21 For the Lord shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.
22 Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord God of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth. 4 I
23 Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech. 4 I
24 Doth the plowman plow all day to sow? doth he open and break the clods of his ground?
25 When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place?
26 For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him.
27 For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod.
28 Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen.
29 This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working. 4 I

Ephesians 1

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 7 I
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 11 I
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 13 I
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 11 I
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. 15 I
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; 23 I
8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; 5 I
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: 5 I
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: 9 I
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: 7 I
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 7 I
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 13 I
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. 7 I
15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints, 6 I
16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 11 I
18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 15 I
19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 13 I
20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 9 I
21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 7 I
22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 13 I
23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. 14 I
