Numbers 34:16 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:17 These are the names of the men which shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:18 And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land by inheritance. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:19 And the names of the men are these: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:20 And of the tribe of the children of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:22 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Dan, Bukki the son of Jogli. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:23 The prince of the children of Joseph, for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, Hanniel the son of Ephod. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:24 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Ephraim, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:25 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Zebulun, Elizaphan the son of Parnach. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:26 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Issachar, Paltiel the son of Azzan. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:27 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Asher, Ahihud the son of Shelomi. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:28 And the prince of the tribe of the children of Naphtali, Pedahel the son of Ammihud. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 34:29 These are they whom the Lord commanded to divide the inheritance unto the children of Israel in the land of Canaan. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:1 And the Lord spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying, 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:2 Command the children of Israel, that they give unto the Levites of the inheritance of their possession cities to dwell in; and ye shall give also unto the Levites suburbs for the cities round about them. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:3 And the cities shall they have to dwell in; and the suburbs of them shall be for their cattle, and for their goods, and for all their beasts. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:4 And the suburbs of the cities, which ye shall give unto the Levites, shall reach from the wall of the city and outward a thousand cubits round about. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:5 And ye shall measure from without the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and the city shall be in the midst: this shall be to them the suburbs of the cities. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:6 And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refuge, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may flee thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:7 So all the cities which ye shall give to the Levites shall be forty and eight cities: them shall ye give with their suburbs. 10 I MC VC

Numbers 35:8 And the cities which ye shall give shall be of the possession of the children of Israel: from them that have many ye shall give many; but from them that have few ye shall give few: every one shall give of his cities unto the Levites according to his inheritance which he inheriteth. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:1 And these are the countries which the children of Israel inherited in the land of Canaan, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance to them. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:2 By lot was their inheritance, as the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses, for the nine tribes, and for the half tribe. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:3 For Moses had given the inheritance of two tribes and an half tribe on the other side Jordan: but unto the Levites he gave none inheritance among them. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:4 For the children of Joseph were two tribes, Manasseh and Ephraim: therefore they gave no part unto the Levites in the land, save cities to dwell in, with their suburbs for their cattle and for their substance. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:5 As the Lord commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did, and they divided the land. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:6 Then the children of Judah came unto Joshua in Gilgal: and Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite said unto him, Thou knowest the thing that the Lord said unto Moses the man of God concerning me and thee in Kadeshbarnea. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:7 Forty years old was I when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I brought him word again as it was in mine heart. 12 I MC VC

Joshua 14:8 Nevertheless my brethren that went up with me made the heart of the people melt: but I wholly followed the Lord my God. 12 I MC VC

Joshua 14:9 And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children’s for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the Lord my God. 12 I MC VC

Joshua 14:10 And now, behold, the Lord hath kept me alive, as he said, these forty and five years, even since the Lord spake this word unto Moses, while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness: and now, lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:11 As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:12 Now therefore give me this mountain, whereof the Lord spake in that day; for thou heardest in that day how the Anakims were there, and that the cities were great and fenced: if so be the Lord will be with me, then I shall be able to drive them out, as the Lord said. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:13 And Joshua blessed him, and gave unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh Hebron for an inheritance. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:14 Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite unto this day, because that he wholly followed the Lord God of Israel. 10 I MC VC

Joshua 14:15 And the name of Hebron before was Kirjatharba; which Arba was a great man among the Anakims. And the land had rest from war. 10 I MC VC
